Hi just had the worst AirAsia flight ever from Shenzhen to KL. Having contracted a severe head cold, I was given some Chinese herbal medicine to combat the pain. When the refreshment trolley came along I asked for a hot cup of water to take the medicine but was refused because they only serve coffee or tea, even if I wanted to pay for it!!!! For the rest of the flight had a runny nose, bouts of coughing, severe pain between the eyes and trouble equalizing pressure in ears. Heaven help anyone that has something more serious....
