Hi kids - youre probably expecting a lot of tall tales from me today since its April Fools Day - so let me explain to you why I dont. Nope - not a religious thing and actually far from it. 26 years ago today, my dad died from leukemia. Its a tough cancer and he and I joked that we would screw up a fun holiday if he died on that day. I believe its his final joke on me. I hate cancer. Its taken many friends away too early and although this probably sounds selfish, I want them back. Ive got very close friends battling this disease and I wear a bracelet that reads NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE given to me by Lauryn Clason. One of my biggest heroes is Alyssa Marie Smith who is fighting this fight (and again . . . NOT ALONE!) My personal physician is Dr. Daliah Wachs. She hates it too. Im going to ask you to go to her website - click on the HELP FIGHT BLOOD CANCER link on the far right top of the page - and help my friends bring a cure and a STOP to this disease. I love each and every one of you and pray youll do this. Each five or ten dollars adds up. Dr. Daliah Show show is now a national show.
