Women have to start playing the game in a way that will level the playing field. We dont have the frat-house connection,the drinking pals,or the football game buddies. Therefore,we have to find some way to much this opportunities. Whether you intend a career at a large corporation or you want to work alone,we all have to form a teams that will become our equivalent of those old boy networks. Here are some points we need to know. Fear : by joining the womens team,you have to sacrifice your individuality. Reality: being on the team,does not mean that you will become invisible. Nor that you will turn into a robot. Every team has a star. It also has its most creative person,its most humorous,and its most talented. The team is made up of individuals,not anonymous characters. Women like to think of themselves as unique,interesting an unusual. These qualities make us attractive to our partners and to the world. Being a team player doesnt mean giving up these attributes. Instead,you can become a better version of you. Each member brings its own talent to bear;you can even improve yours by taking advantage of all the talents around you.
