Hi ladies honestly i really dont get what ladies want admin on this group to do, we are human beings, not some sort of machines that is expected to always be perfect. People complain their questions are not being answered, there is no natural hair care issues that has not been discussed on this group, we have discussed it all at length and are still discussing, we organise forums to get more on one to one.basis with all the members here, yet it meaningless to some ladies, there are days we spend 24/7 hours answering questions, some nights i stay awake all night answering questions here both inbox and on the wall till about 6am, other members do that as well, i know members like victoria Duru, Merciano Oguns-Durojaye are also awake sometimes answering questions, yet still not appreciated. Every house, every organisation, has rules and regulation, some companies hand you their rules and regulations first thing so you know their terms, people dont read ours, yet complain when we act, we refused adverts asking members who want to advertise to get intouch with admin, but yet we still see members placing adverts inbetween posts, posting numbers etc when we delete they complain, if you are transitioning, be gone in your transitioning atleast 3 months, then we know you are, before posting a pic, dont relax last week then u come and post a pic this week telling us your transitioning, how? Many non naturalist do that so as to get our ideas here and go and apply, reasons why we insisted to be gone atleast three months in your transitioning before posting pics, now someone said they dont have time to be reading the rules and regulations, as in seriously? Some ladies will put up a post and tell you they want FAST replies, when no one replies them in 30min, next thing is this group attends only to old members, we try soo hard to work around our jobs, family and nhb, yet some ladies do not hesitate to condemn us. Ladies refuse to read through post, files, pinned posts. If your new take a day or two just to read, observe what is going on. Now the name of the group is NATURAL HAIR BABES. yet many ladies using chemicals on their hair come onboard and ask questions regarding relaxers, we delete they complain, arguements upon arguements have come up regarding regarding this, please here is no relaxer hair group, ladies get offended when other members tell them, but its the fact. Admins have been condemned time without number for leaving the group open, this is some sort of revolution, reaching out to every black woman to know our hair is beautiful, we want to give everyone the opportunity. Please ladies, this is our home, all naturalist are welcome here, so lets all join hands to make it fun. Instead of being quick to condemn the admin, please read our rules, and comply to them.
