Hi ladies, some of the new members have decided to start pairing up and organising swaps between themselves. This is not what this group is all about it is a controlled swap. Any member doing this will no longer be able to be part of this swap group as it is outside the rules of the group. Its up to you who you swap with. If I see any further comments to this regard I am afraid that you will be removed from the group as it is against what this group is all about. I know many newbies are anxious and keen to swap but I can only do so many in a swap and it is growing so fast I cannot accommodate everyone, If I could then I would. This may seem harsh, but I founded this group in 2010 and this is how I like to run it, ladies that have been part of it have formed great friendships with each other. There are 50 members in the 12 inch group, 50 in the 6 inch group and only 16 in the Paper piece group so I co ordinate 116 swap partners every month. I keep track of prefences, all of your private address details and who last swapped with who for the past 6 months, Your skill levels are monitored and you are paired with equally skilled ladies where possible. If swaps start to happen outside of this everything will get out of control quite quickly and the group will lose its charm.
