Hi lovelies~ I have a question! With winter quickly approaching, I have plans to make a sweet lolita coat (similar to the picture here.) I was wondering. What is an appropriate fabric choice for lolita coats, but is also budget friendly? I considered using a nice fleece, but I wasnt 100% sure.
