Hi, may be is not the topic here but I need help!.. Does anyone know or could tell me how to bring an formal complaint for damages to the consumer protection institution (if there is one in Denmark) against the company YouSee. I am having a lot of trouble with them. I contacted them the first time more than four months ago to get a technician to come to my apartment and fix some cables for TV and internet (which only them can fix, apparently the only ones allowed to open that cabinet) and havent got a solution yet. Have called them more than 15 times since then and every time they say something different and promise somebody will come and still nothing is happening. I wish I could just change to another company but we all have to have the same one in the whole building. It is so irritating and frustrating! Please, any advice will be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
