Hi, my name is Rebekah Daoud, and I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Thyroid Cancer at 29 years old. After a Total Thyroidectomy and Radiation treatment, Ive been in remission for three years now. My friend, Megan Duffey Meg Dee, is a Breast Cancer Survivor and, after a Double Mastectomy and Chemotherapy, she just celebrated her 1 year cancerversary from her diagnosis day. Together we came up with the Birthday Cupcake Challenge to raise awareness and support for all types of cancer. We hope it will take off like the ALS ice bucket challenge. We support the American Cancer Societys wish for every cancer patient to see more birthdays. We challenge everyone to take the birthday cupcake challenge and to donate to the American Cancer Society.
