Hi, so I just want to confirm what Im looking at in my bank account. I had $35 dollars, I transferred $11 dollars to PayPal, which should leave me with $24 in my bank account. Instead, you declined the transfer and charged me $30. Then because my account was below $25, you did it *again*, leaving me with an available balance somewhere around -$50. Is this correct? Yes. And is it going to stay like that? ..... ..... ..... I can remove those charges as a one time courtesy. I just want to be clear here. I had money in the bank. I withdrew money from the bank, leaving me with a positive balance, but you charged me two overdraft fees instead. ... Yes. But Ive removed those charges. Goodbye.
