Hi sweet friends, I have recently been getting a lot of beautiful emails asking me how I grew my company exponentially in 2014. So here it is. My top 11 things I did differently last year: 1. I made meditation nonnegotiable. I did it every single day. 2. I stopped requiring validation from anyone regarding my work and focused on creating beautiful programs that I would want to purchase. 3. I worked on myself more than any other year. I hired even more coaches and took care of my mind and body. 4. I started interviewing my clients to make sure they were as dedicated as I was to their success. 5. I defined what success was to me and did not waiver on it - even for a second. My company became aligned with my life. 6. I decided what my highest priorities were and started to non-apologetically say no to other things that werent helping me grow as a person. 7. I started being authentic and vulnerable with my coaching. I began sharing my personal stories with my clients. 8. I started being very careful who I gave my time and energy and aligned myself with individuals who believed in what I was creating. I gave up my independent spirit and allowed others to help me. 9. I stopped searching for my mission and purpose. I trusted that it was already a part of my journey and I was living it every single day. 10. I truly let go of everything I could not change and made so much space for a new things. 11. I decided I couldnt do it alone.
