Hi team, Coach Craig here. Ive been thinking, while the biggest loser contestants all have 3 great coaches it really isnt fair that none of you have me as your coach. So that is all going to change as of right now, and I am going to coach all of you through the miracle of Facebook. Every few days I am going to be posting an O-Jitsu Challenge Workout up here to help you meet your goals. Feel free to comment on your performance to keep the spirit of competition alive, or just comment about how much you hated it. That being said, here we go. O-Jitsu Challenge Workout #1: The 3 Mile Interval Run Here is how it works: Run 1 mile as fast as you can. Rest 2 minutes. Run 1 mile as fast as you can. Rest 2 minutes. Run 1 mile as fast as you can. You are now done. Go get it.
