Hi their! A little reminder that stress is not only the number one cause of heart disease but it is also the number one cause of most diseases and death. Preventing stress in your life is the best thing ever for just u and any person, even though its the hardest thing to avoid as long as u r living in world that obviously encourages the deadly chemicals.Happiness, restfulness is the the key! Whatever u can do to make your live happy, avoiding instances that bring unhappiness, down feelings, depress state, avoid grumpiness, smile a lot, talk, share your good r bad experience. time off and rest, today I am feeling so happy and its a constant good thing for everyone. None of us life should shorted due to stress, because when we stressed u might be wondering, how can stress killed u. For some who might not know, our body is made up of various kinds of good and very harmful chemicals. These chemicals r release appropriately to effectively carry out essential functions in our bodies. To make short, when u stress, stress is a trigger for harmful chemical release. When these harmful chemicals r release in youre body without a purposeful intention for the body , that when it creat plaque in your vessels, shrink not only brain cells but other cells as well. With all of this and more Gods holy temple start to become disease and deaths appear shortly. Medicine or in general tx is ineffective when stress takes over. Let us try to reduce our stress, rest, stay happy, talk more, put a way that grumpy daily attitude on your face, smile daily with someone and give your face a rest. That what I have on my mine today!
