Hi there Alpha Zeta Theta! Im Amy Reeves and I am a sophomore at Bowling Green State University that pledged to Alpha Phi Omega last fall. The original reason I joined was mostly because I wanted to have more connections to service opportunities and also to be in an organization that would let anyone join. Alpha Phi Omega totally has a wide variety of service opportunities (which is AWESOME!) and everyone is incredibly accepting of everyone, but also, I ended up enjoying far more than just those two things. I met some of the most incredible people I have ever met, I have improved on my leadership abilities (thats going to be great for future endeavors), and I gained experience that will be valuable for my future (LFS). Brotherhood is such an amazing thing. PLUS, since the are APO brothers EVERYWHERE, brothers are surrounded by more brothers that love you no matter who you are or where you are from! I am SO happy and proud to call myself a part of this organization! If youre feeling isolated or anything similar to that, dont worry, brothers are everywhere and one of them will absolutely come to support you and be there for you. Thats just what brothers do!
