Hi there, I am an artist living in Philadelphia and Im looking for some fleeces. I have a life-sized bison sculpture going into an exhibition at the Philadelphia International Airport next week (Link: emilyrwhite/american-bison-sculpture). Yesterday I went into my storage space to prep for moving it and discovered the wool covering is disintegrating (due to what Ive been told are clothes moths - any tips on getting rid of those would be helpful!). I need to do a full replacement of the fur as soon as possible. I am looking for around 10 brown wool fleeces, preferably cotted. The type of sheep does not matter, only the color. I am not interested in any color besides brown, dark brown, or maybe a dark tan. I also dont care about the length of the hair, but the shaggier the better. I am not sure how many pounds I would need- I am thinking about this more in surface area. I would love to get these locally, within a 3-4 hour drive of the Philadelphia area. I would need them immediately. The bison is scheduled to be moved into the airport next Wednesday, so ideally I would pick up these fleeces this weekend or Monday. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
