Hi there I am looking for a room or a bachelor suit. My price range is between $300 - 600 a month (Utilities included). Preferably a furnished room if not thats okey. Looking for a long term stay. Starting Jan 1st. I will study Culinary Arts at Camosun College (Interurban). A place near school would be awesome (Royal Oak, Tillicum Rd, Quadra etc). I am very easy going, mature and responsible. I will work part time besides studying. I am very tidy and clean after myself. I am an active guy who enjoy sports, and spending time outdoors. I like gardening, reading, painting, listening to music and chill. I love to cook, although I am a vegetarian I do not mind cooking, smelling or anything to do with meat. I am happy to collaborate with meals. I like socializing, partying and drinking socially. I am super pet friendly although I wont be bringing any with me.
