Hi there! I have a nice single room available in a cute top floor apartment. Its just 2 minutes away on foot from the beach. The room is exterior, with double bed, desk, shelve, wardrobe and a window from which you can see slightly the sea. You can hear the seagulls flying around the house, and sometimes you can hear when a big boat arrives to barcelona, which gives a mediterranean vibe to the flat! Barceloneta is an interesting neighbourhood, where all buildings and flats are really small due this area long time ago was build to accommodate mainly sailors. In fact, the name of the street pescadors means fishermen. Nowadays, it has become very popular. Its full of local characters mix with joyful tourists. At night is quiet while during the day is very lively, and there are many nice restaurants and bars. It takes around 20 minutes walking to Las Ramblas, and you can arrive to the centre walking around the harbour which is a nice path. The underground (yellow line, barceloneta stop) is 6 min walking distance from home. The apartment is very sunny since it is on the top floor of the building. There are many windows, and two balconies surround the flat which makes the atmosphere very lovely. The apartment is on the typical barceloneta building which means that the stairs are a bit narrow and there is no lift. This flat is a sixth floor without elevator, so you will do exercise coming upstairs! ; ) The kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine, microwave, etc. and the kitchen and living room are designed as an open living space. It is fully furnished - tv , wi-fi internet, fridge. The toilet is simply, equipped with a shower. To share with a spanish girl, my name is Ana, i am from ibiza and i am 33 years old.
