Hi there! We are two girls (from UK and US) in our 20s, both working in the city and looking for a 3rd flatmate to fill in the master bedroom of our apartment. We are fun to live with, we enjoy hanging out, traveling, going out for a couple of drinks. At the same time considerate of privacy and easy people to live with. The apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including an oven!), and the master bedroom itself has its own private bathroom (with bath and shower). The facilities are amazing, including a pool, tennis courts, gym, bbq pit and sauna room. You can see these in the photos. The apartment is in a super convenient location, in between bugis and dhoby ghaut met (less than 5 minute walk), orchard road is also in walking distance. There are also lots of shops and restaurants downstairs, and supermarket across the road. Price is around $2200 per month, slightly higher since we are paying agent fee and duty tax out of our own pocket, but for those interested can be slightly negotiated.
