Hi there everyone. My name is Jay and Im an environmentalist living in not-so-environmentally-friendly New Orleans. New Orleans is a city plagued by poverty (in fact, 1-in-3 is below the poverty line). And though lots of information is available on the web on how you can save money through being green, many do not in fact have internet access. I have created a zine to bridge the gap between poverty and environment. And, I did the math. As a very conservative estimate, if a person did everything I mention in this zine, they could make/save at least $654.26. Many of these things are really easy, but not often known by the general public here in New Orleans. Unfortunately, similar to the majority of New Orleans residents, I am not well off and could not afford this endeavor on my own. So Im reaching out for help. Id like to see if anyone would be interesting in buying a digital copy at just enough to offset the price of printing out a copy on recycled paper ($2.37). Im also open to anyone willing to donate to the cause. Thanks for reading. =)
