Hi there guys SELF CONTAINED APARTMENT IN CLIFTON HILL. $350 a week. Clifton Hill, 5 minute walk from the train station. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the tram stop so geographically fantastic! The room is a self contained apartment above the garage at the back of the courtyard. There is well sized ensuit with a shower and toilet and sink. The room has reverse cycle heating and three walls of big windows looking out to the street. I’ve put an induction cooker in there as well. We have solar panels so the electricity is cheap and FREE INTERNET. The yarra trail is a 4 minute walk away so you can always feel like you’re getting away from the big city and amongst nature. What bliss. It’s great because you get your own apartment but at the same time you also get all the pleasures of the house! Which include spa bath, full equipped kitchen, livingroom and dining room area. How lovely. I’m 22 working for an independent Melbourne fashion store and studying film production part-time. Lizzy is 21, works in childcare and will be studying youth justice come July. We’re relaxed, clean, enjoy going out and staying in, like documentaries, films, live music, playing board and card games and having a bloody laugh. Bi, Trans, Gay, Lesbian, Vegetarian and Vegan friendly, always. Ps.
