Hi this is Racees Nana :) Racee had quite a busy day and of course he is always happy to see family and friends :) Mikayla spent a few hours with him today and she said he was active and kept trying to stand up on her...she texted me little nervous about him doing that and I texted her to get the techs to help her with him as he can be pretty strong and hard to handle..she did and all was ok!!!!! His Mom was unable to make it up because things at home prevented her from coming so Kevin and I went to see him after Mikayla left and stayed about 3 hours with him!!! When we got there Kayla (the tech) had Racee in the hallway with her doing some rounds and he was doing good and just happy to be out of that bed and room of his :) Kevin and I took him outside for a stroll on a cool fall day....we bundled him up and took him by the trolley cars he likes and again he picked the BLUE one for his going home day party :) He was pretty talkative today and he had all the techs smiling as he said hi and said their names and waved at them...he spelled his first and last name and even was keeping beat to the songs on the radio with us!!! Kevin shaved him and I trimmed his beard with the scissors all of which he sat very still for us and as always thanks us by feeling how smooth his face feels and smiling :) He had a sucker and was loving it and I asked him to give Nana a bite of it and you know what he said go get your own lol !!!! So Racee does have a mind of his own when he wants to!!! Healing healing healing God is good!!!!!! We got him tucked in about 8:00 and he was ready for the that as he did have a great day!!! His dad Brian visited yesterday and so did Georgene :) Sleep well Racee and tomorrow is a new day and we will see you soon
