Hi, this is my last post for a couple of weeks... I am not taking my tablet, computer, etc... on vacation. My sole attention is going to be on the Lord and my dear husband. I cannot wait to spend all that time with Alan -without distractions! Alan and I have been married about 6 and a half years. This is the first real vacation we have been on. We have gotten to get away for a few days to the coast annually, but this is the first biggie. I am so grateful for the opportunity. We will start off at the TC National Convention for a couple of days and then it is off to see sights and meet family members of Alans that I have never met. The thing I am so excited about is seeing the Passion Play at Eureka Springs and to go through the replica of the tabernacle - the tour includes teachings on every part of it. And yes, we will go down to Memphis to see if Elvis has really left the building, and much more. The reason we are able to go is because of the kindness of so many: those who are covering for us at the church; at TC; the wonderful woman who is staying at our house, loving our girls (dogs); TC who is sending us to the conference; and those who are covering us and all we leave behind in prayer. I do have 2 special prayer requests: that we will be sensitive to any opportunity to share Gods love - via prayer or a word of encouragement; and that Alan and my health will be up to all we plan on our trip. (I have to admit, I dont like still being on the injured list and going on vacation.) My prayer for all of you: May you prosper as your soul prosper. May you always know that you are the apple of His eye. May you only settle for Gods best and may you recognize your way of escape should temptation arise. Amen Blessings, PJ
