Hi, we are looking for a new person for our home! Bright and breezy second level terrace house above a shop on Lygon Street. High ceilings, outdoor area to relax in and nice big kitchen for entertaining. $548.66 a month plus bills. Good room with nice breezes, unfurnished. Very close to supermarket and necessities, health food store, record store and The Brunswick East Club (for good coffee). Short walk to Sydney Rd, Ceres and Merri Creek. Trams 1 and 8 right on our doorstep. We are both in our early 30s easygoing, creative, employed and love our music. We are friends and like to share a meal from time to time and have chats over cups of tea/beers. Not a party house but we do like to have friends over for dinners/movie nights etc.. Looking for someone similar who thinks they could fit into this and wants more of a home rather than just a place to lay their head.
