Hi weve had an issue today where someone has took an item on the agreement that if it didnt work as they expected it to they could return it. The seller in question then received a load of messages falsely accusing her of selling an item knowing it couldnt work as the buyer expected and therefore not only would have to accept the item back as agreed she would in the first place but also that she should give the buyer monies for her fuel and time costs....this is unacceptable behaviour people. I think people are forgetting that this is pretty much an online car boot sale where there are no returns policies and the seller has the first and last say on who they are selling to or are happy to receive items back from. The admins on this site are constantly receiving emails where people are accusing people of unfair selling,,we DO NOT have the authority to make these people to sell to the 1st person who requests details or the 1st person who says yes please, we can only offer guidance on on what we believe to be a fair outcome for all. Sorry for the rant but I think people are forgetting manners mean a lot, there will be no naming and shaming on this subject, lets get back to happy buying and selling :-)
