Hi zane I was emailing u in response to the horrible conditions the person is dealing with I too was in a similar situation in Alabama and currently going through a lawsuit against property managers thus why I want to remain anonymous I really wanted to let her know what I did to light fire under some asses for one as a tenent u do have rights especially if u were in a lease paying rent its their responsibility to uphold the property where she is living is uninhabitable the city property managers and heath dept should be held liable esp if the inspector is not doing his job that place does not pass any regulation roaches along with mold will kill a child Im also for seeing a fire hazard she needs to seek legal advice this is a major lawsuit keep writing the news and airing make sure any contact with leasing office is documented take pictures keep health records do a petition no one should be evicted for speaking the truth thats a lawsuit on its own I clearly would not pay rent for that Im only 28 I was 26 when my story aired trust me something can be done please do not give up my voice helped many in my community MY RESPONSE: Thanks for sharing this. I do not understand how this could even happen without some type of action taking place. I am glad that you are resolving your issue.
