HiP and Katherine Doyle presented a workshop on the Local Offer today at the Ark. Parents shared how frustrating it had been to look for information relevant to their children and hoped that the LO would help them find services more quickly. People also said that sometimes, even when theyd accessed services, the professionals were reluctant to help. The LO cant fix that one--but at least it should be easier to find advice services and groups like HiP.
