Hidie-ho everybody!!! Well, I arrived safely home from my Wisconsin adventure yesterday, and even made it back to the office to close out the day!!! One kind of adjusts to auto-pilot on a trip of that nature, where one has done it MANY times. It is good to be home, and ESPECIALLY, in my on bed, which is the most comfortable bed IN THE UNIVERSE!!! I dont mind telling you, the bed at this Hampton in was like sleeping on a board, with a pile of rocks on it. My back was hurting from the time I laid down, until I got up. IT IS GOOD TO BE HOME!!! Last night, we worked on firming up some new songs for The Poppinton Post. We are pleased to welcome Ms Heidi Laura Licht to the band on vocals. Now, we are much stronger on vox, for the harmonies we want to do. It sounded really nice! Today is a day of catch-up, and paper pushing. My sales bookings are taking a hiatus in July, as things have slowed considerably. My theory is, that this will allow us a break, before we finish out the year CRAZY BUSY!!! Tonight, Custard Pie is practicing as a power trio, as that is how we are appearing this Saturday, in Willard. It seems that we will be sans a guitarist and keys this week. Its been a few years since we did this!! I expect that all of my dreams will be fulfilled today so, heres hoping that you are involved in some way! Lets GO!!!! Oh, Happy Birthday to BOTH Colleen Pintar Wisniewski, AND the aforementioned Ms Licht today!!! OH, I almost forgot!!! Happy 25th anniversary to The Workaday Working Company, for having employed me that long! Ill never forget my first day in 1989. I was trained , on my first week as a QA Inspector by now president , Jeff Workaday, before he had to head back to Miami University for his junior year. He , and I, are all growed up now!!! Thank you Workaday Working Co!!!! Lets have 25 MORE!!!!
