High Intensity Mini Circuit It nearly killed me. I could only do 5 full push ups. I have to take baby steps getting back into the aul training and accept that my body cant do exactly what it used to. I did 5 rounds with a short break in between rounds. Ideally 30 seconds but I couldnt manage that. 5 burpees 15 push ups (I had to do them on my knees after 5 full ones) 10 front lunges 10 back lunges 10 squat jumps Attempt 3-6 rounds. Focus on form rather then speed. I was pumping sweat after this! It really gets your heart rate up.
