High caliber teacher Unfortunately today we do not have mature and higher caliber teachers in even universities.But once upon a time there were teachers in primary ,middle and high schools who had no match.Even Phds could not compete them . Here i am going to discuss one of those HST teacher who is more knowledgble in his subject of specialization than university professors or phds.This respected teacher is Mr luqman Laghari sahab .He is retired now but was the specialist in sindhi language.He wrote a shah da Risala in siraiki.It is the first siraiki poetry book on shah in the history of sindh.You will not see paralell to him even 21 grade professor in sindhi department of our mother university even.God give sindh again these kind of teachers.
