High octane ,heart-thumping circuit-training as my PT whip me into shape before going off for a well-deserved break next week . 4 sets of sliding one leg squats , one arm KB row , one leg KB dead lifts , sliding push-ups, straight leg jack knives on TRX & 60s skipping . And after all that , 3 sets of 15 reps of Spider-Man bridge , triceps pullovers & biceps hammer curls . Brutal seh but I feel GOOD , hehe .
