Beth Vice helped HRH land a competitive application to participate in the National Councils Advancing Standards of Care for People with Bipolar Disorder. This program is designed to improve the health outcomes for persons with bipolar disorder. Through this program, our clients reduced hospital use, increased self confidence, reconnected with their families, and went back to work, said Beth Vice, Rehabilitative Services Manager at Highland Rivers Health in Dalton, GA.
