Highlighted Item of the Week Hi Everyone! It’s officially summer here at Salle Orchards, and we are in full swing. We have lots of exciting stuff coming down the pipeline and would love to share it with you. Each week we will be highlighting an item or two to help you better plan your summer production of jams, jellies, pies, canning ,etc. This will be the best time to not only purchase, but the best time to process your fruit because it will be in peak season, yielding the very best final product; full of flavor and sweetness! Please keep in mind, that Mother Nature isn’t so kind as to send us notifications, therefore we will do our very best to make sure everyone gets an opportunity to get there hands on our premium fruit at its peak! We will be calling this our “Highlighted Item” of the week. Additionally, we will be providing methods and recipes that have worked for our family or our valued customers.
