Highlights of Garretts shoulder workout today nothing mad just getting back into things after some overindulgence from Christmas :P Based on supersets and trisets to save time and keep the intensity high :) The workout went as follows: Landmine punches: 3 x 15 Triset: Seated dumbell press: 4 x 8 Seated lateral raise: 4 x 10 Seated latweral raise: 4 x 10 Superset: Rear Flye: 4 x 10 Rear flye thumbs facing in grip: 4 x 10 Superset: Shrugs: 4 x 10 Upright Row: 4 x 10 Superset: Weighted chin ups: 5 x 10 Dips: 5 x 20 A great quick workout to smash your shoulders :) Dont forget to look out for more bts videos and if there is any topics you would like us to cover let me know :)
