Highway safety question: A little background....Im a novice rider, will have 12 months xmas eve!, and I ride year round. I roll a 1982 Honda CM400 (good god I love my bird). While riding this gloriously cold morning I had a question come up. I found myself in a situation on the highway. I had about 5 Mississippi counts between me and the car in front of me, but was in the blind spot of the car next to me. What do I do? Close the safety gap some to get out of the blind spot or keep it & stay in the blind spot? My brain says to close the safety gap a little to get out of the blind spot, but just wanted to check with some people with more experience. Thanks a million and happy rollin!
