Hiiiiiii! :D Hope everyone is doing well... dancing barefoot and taking names :) Two weeks ago, I got a text message from an old friend downstate, someone Id actually just been thinking about, asking me if on the OFF chance I could get to him in the Detroit area the following week, would I accompany him to see Brandi Carliles pin drop tour in Pittsburgh on the 10th. As it stood, this opened a grand opportunity to visit with the one family who has always called me one of their own, whom I havent been able to see in ALL too long, and finally meet and see a Brother who found me because he liked my book, and has been my biggest gift of love and support ever since. The last few years have been intense for me, much of which I simply didnt even know how to process, much less express properly... but this journey, with all of its laughter and tears, PTSD moments and truth talks, moments of magick and just sheer we shall overcome awesome sauce, taught me a lot of important lessons. Brandi and the whole dang crew performed their very souls and it was an uncanny representation of all the same lessons. I could easily write for weeks about all of it. :) But first... laundry lol... HUGE LOVE, YOUS!!!
