Hill workout tonight - 6pm! Now that our speed workouts at LHS track have ended for the season, join us for some strength training on various hills around town. These workouts with be held every Tuesday from August 19 - September 30th at 6pm. A typical workout may be about 1 mile of warm up, 20 - 30 minutes of hill workouts, and 1 mile cool down. Tonight we will meet at Parking Lot C in Old School Forest Preserve at 6pm for the mother of all hills. There is a water fountain on site. Ill bring more of this free product from Clif Bar to try out. Bring a water bottle.
