Lodgings August 17, 2014 Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department: Joseph Jordan Beckman, Age 23, 370 N West St, Hillsdale, MI. Arrested for possession of a firearm while intoxicated. A $1,000 bond with 10% allowed was posted. Brandon Ray Northrup, Age 31, 4770 Genesee Rd, Jonesville, MI. Arrested on domestic violence. A $1,000 bond with 10% allowed was posted. Hillsdale City Police Department: Alexis Frederic Childers, Age 62, 8312 E Beecher Rd, Pittsford, MI. Arrested for improper registration, and no insurance. A $2,000 bond with 10% allowed was posted. Tana Jean Payne, Age 30, 66 N West St Apt 1, Hillsdale, MI. Arrested on identity theft, forgery of prescriptions, possession of schedule 3 narcotics, prescription misuse, and retail fraud 3rd degree. No bond allowed. Jonesville Police Department: Dustin Wayne Hawley, Age 24, 11511 Concord Rd, Jonesville, MI. Arrested for retail fraud 3rd degree. A $500 bond with 10% allowed was posted. Timothy Allen Dunn, Age 30, 406 ½ E Chicago St, Jonesville, MI. Arrested on domestic violence. A $1,000 bond with 10% allowed not posted. Traffic Accident On August 15, 2014 at approximately11:45am, the Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to Barnard St. cross of Greenwood St. in Hillsdale City for a one vehicle accident. Delbert Lee Howard Jr., Age 26, 3606 Nokomis Trail, Osseo, MI. was traveling North on Barnard St., when he said he looked down and then up and ran into a power pole. Mr. Howard also hit a road sign. Mr. Howard sustained no injuries; there was heavy front damage to the hood of the vehicle, and light damage to the power pole. Mr. Howard was cited for careless driving. Accident remains under investigation
