Hilton Los Cabos was proud to recently host 3 chefs under Chef Richard Sandoval, a legend with 25 restaurants throughout the US. Chef Sandoval is working in partnership with the Los Cabos Tourism Board to help him and his chefs bring the authentic flavors of Los Cabos back to his two signature restaurants, Zengo NY and Zengo Santa Monica. It was an honor for our Chef Raul Che to work with these three talented chefs in developing a unique dish which will be featured at both Zengo locations from September 15 - December 31, 2014. We cant wait for the rich, bold flavors of Los Cabos to reach the coasts of the U.S. Thank you again to Chef Sandoval and his team for this opportunity. #loscabos
