Hint to unwary players, If you want to play at renovating please consult a builder as to the best order to do things. Dont paint walls and lay flooring until all the overhead jobs are done like plastering, building and installations. Paint and flooring will get marked despite the best efforts of the contractors you bring in because their priority is to do the job they are hired for and get out.
