Hip extension Drill: Our next drill to become a #fasterfitterstronger runner is Hip Extensions. It will help wake up your Glute (bum) muscle. Start on all fours, facing the sky with your fingers pointing towards your heels. Keep your knees bent and squeeze your abs throughout the drill. Push your hips up towards the sky, the aim is to get hips level with chest. At the top of the movement clench your glutes for 3 sec. Relax and allow the hips to slowly drop back down to the start position. The key with this drill is to keep your arms locked straight and butt from touching the ground.
