Hiring - Administrative Assistant Lakeland Lodge and Housing Foundation is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to the Property/Lodge Manager at the Cold Lake Lodge. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: •College degree or certificate or a minimum of 2 years work experience •Experience providing a high level of Executive Support an asset •Basic accounting principals •Able to exercise discretion with confidential information •Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer knowledge •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Very strong interpersonal skills; works well with all levels of internal management and staff •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision •Strong leadership and organizational skills with a flexible and collaborative approach •trong Customer Service Skills Responsibilities: •Staff Scheduling •Payroll assist •Processing Client Applications and Files •Creating and updating Staff and Resident Files/Records •Preparing Staff Meeting Package and Minutes and follow up action items from meeting •Client support and liaise •Liaise with Families, home care, contractors etc. •Staff Support and Supervision (in absence of Manager) •Compilation and coordination of Policy and Procedure/Training Processes/Safety Programs •Assist in compliance with Licensing requirements •General clerical, data entry and reception duties •Responding to emergency calls Were offering a salary of $38,461 to start, increase after probation, benefits and a matching RRSP The successful applicant will be required to undergo a criminal records check Please forward resume along with references to: Cold Lake Lodge Manager Email: [email protected] Fax: (780) 639-4461 This employment opportunity will stay open until a suitable candidate is found Cold Lake Lodge
