Hiring - Project Manager(Banking) Responsibilities: • Manage one or more software projects to successful completion. • Manage a delivery team to a. Define the scope, requirements and effort estimation. b. Plan and manage schedules, costs and resources. c. Plan and manage roll-out and integration activities. d. Plan and coordinate efforts between internal team, end users, and third party vendors. • Track and manage project progress, report project status to stakeholders in a timely manner. • Identify and manage project risks and issues in a timely manner. • Guide delivery team and business/users working from multiple locations to understand and define systems and business requirements. • Conduct feasibility studies and proof of concept with regard to new user requirements. • Guide delivery team to analyze proposed changes & impact on existing applications. • Guide delivery team to apply organization defined project management and software development processes according to project requirements. • Guide and mentor delivery team members, project executives and assistant project managers. • Support pre-sales activities by providing high level project scoping and defining project plans. • Support organization CMMi Level 3 activities by proposing and implementing Software Process Improvement (SPI) processes. • Any ad hoc assignment given by management. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Involved in the system development of banking systems. • Good knowledge of any of the following is an added advantage - loan systems, Islamic banking, investment banking, consumer banking, ATM systems. • Experience in managing complex software projects. • Experience in leading work teams. • Excellent problem solving skills and solution focus mindset. • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. • Independent, optimistic and self motivated. • Pleasant personality and able to guide and mentor team members. • Experience in dealing with multi-countries users is an added advantage.email CODE PURPLE KENT COUNTY-CodePurpleDelaware@yahoo
