Must be knowledgeable/experienced in OS and software and hardware basics and data entry. Initial triage of incoming and end-user computer issues and problems. Strong customer service sills required as the position is supporting multiple corporate clients and their end-users. Ability to deal with multiple priorities that may change frequently.
