Hiring NOW:Performance Coordinator Objective: Helps coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of overall performance improvement program; Goals: -Supporting the corporation’s performance improvement process; -Identifying performance trends, as well as prioritizing, and recommending improvements; -Has a supportive role in ensuring compliance with all joint personnel; -Will investigate specific areas of concern; Responsibilities: -Responsible for supporting the corporation’s performance improvement process; -Implement Project Planning forms, management of the organization’s program, providing staff assistance and consultation; -Responsible for the general oversight and maintenance of the organization’s system; -Responsible for providing consultative services for staff toward meeting standards; -Performance improvement, and organizational compliance; -Responsible for performing periodic performance reviews (PPR); -Participates in the process of continuing education, both as provider and recipient of services; -Coordinates the implementation of the performance improvement program that meets the needs of company policies; -Demonstrates initiative, the ability to work with others, and professional judgment; -Performs other related duties as assigned or requested; Requirements: -Bachelor /Master degree in HRM or any related field (Psychology/Law/Management/Economy); -Experience developing employee performance measures; -Experience providing training to managers and/or employees on performance management systems; -Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in (MS Office (Word, Excel, Access); -Detail oriented organizational skills; -Must be able to handle multiple cases, directions and be able to follow-through; -Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with exceptional professional work ethics; To apply for this job, candidates should send their CV and a Cover Letter to [email protected] , mentioning the title of position.
