Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for 3 years.Your responsibilities will include: - Management of the Training Domain for the border guard development projects (BGDP) SIE and NBS - Responsibility for providing the appropriate operational and system related training and train-the-trainer courses for the border guard to fulfill their mission for several thousand students - Management of the training work packages which need to be provided by the German Federal Police to the customer under the contract - Represent the BGDP projects and its respective outputs and results in front of the customer - Responsibility for on time, on quality and on budget performance of the Domain Training - Responsibility for providing all training work packages and activities according to the respective contracts including . planning, training needs definition, training needs analysis, training development, execution and evaluation - Leading several sub domain teams of training specialists and trainers for the BGDP projects (30-80) - Disciplinary responsible for the entire training team including delegation to sub-domain heads - Identification, definition and execution of customer change requests if scope of delivery is exceeded - Integration and harmonization of the NBS and SIE training teams - Monitoring of all activities inside the training team with support of the PMO organization - Management of all required subcontractors with support of the procurement department - Continuous improvement of the processes required to perform the associated tasks - Making day-to-day decisions and being accountable for all activities performed by the team - Participation and representation of the Training Domain in the BGDP board Job Details Date Posted: 2013-11-10 Job Location: Saudi Arabia Job Role: Management Company Industry: Other Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Management Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs Apply here >> ift.tt/17gk0Qg
