Coordinate project change control system. Review and endorse all Project Management of Change Requests, and contractor change orders / variation requests. Coordinate input for the project into the overall Work, Program and Budget. Ensure alignment between the project controls, procurement and contracting functions; ensure alignment with the Venture functional counterparts, other project functional groups, and management. Coordinate project reporting process, including monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reporting requirements.
