Effectively manages and leads HR systems projects. Identifies and recommends HR system needs and requirements. Coordinates system issues and resolution with the Human Resources department and IT; serves as liaison with other departments. The HRIS & Payroll Specialist will play an active role in the design, development and implementation of the HR Information System and shall carry out the following tasks: Determine, implement, and maintain an up to date Human Resources Information system. Provide assistance and support in researching new technologies and applies business, technical, and operational expertise to drive process improvements. Use and implement PMP methodologies in designing and managing HR system project to meet objectives and timelines. Provide continuous improvement initiatives to the HRIS in order to reach to a fully integrated and operational HRIS that meet company and business needs. Maintain HR system to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency. Resolves any hardware/software problems. May consist of developing, updating and modifying codes, tables, reports, and other system applications. Fully responsible for confidentiality of all employee data. Maintain accuracy for all data. Develop and maintain security for HR Information system. Train human resources staff and other staff on systems, software and reporting tools related to Human Resources. Liaise with all department heads for all issues related to HR system. Collect data as and when required from all stakeholders. Perform date entry on a daily basis of the following: Checking the accuracy of the data. Adding new staff with all required information. Perform changes to employee status such as contract revisions …etc. Perform separation actions of resigning & terminated employees. Generate reports as and when required. Editing and modifying employee master data.
