Hiring Now: Investor Relation Manager - Zain Group - Saudi Arabia Visit Middle East Jobs >> bit.ly/midejobs Please Follow >> bit.ly/mideastjobs The Role: To establish, maintain and develop effective frequent and timely communication between the Company and the investment community including internal and external stakeholders in order to provide clear and transparent content for existing and potential investors for them to be able to assess their investment decisions.The Responsibilities: Stakeholder Relations * Build strong relationships with all financial stakeholders in capital market and develop strong investor communications platform through multiple communication channels * Build and maintain relationships with various parties in investment community including fund managers, analysts, shareholders, and financial regulators. * Manage communications to external stakeholders regarding dividend policies and actions. Investor Relationship Management * Implement clear guidelines regarding strategic and financial disclosure to the investment community * Manage investor aspirations and make final recommendations for decision making. * Develop strong relationships with investors and initiate knowledge transfer through multiple communication channels * Ensure website information is up-to-date and accurate with regards to financial data. * Develop and maintain a company investor relations plan and metrics * Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics. * Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events and presentations to analysts, brokers and investors. * Monitor analysis reports and summarize them for senior management. * Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community. * Establish and maintain relationships with stock exchange representatives. * Provide feedback to management regarding the investment communitys perception of Zain. Policies and Procedures * Establish policies related to the Investor Relations function and manage the Investor Relations program * Evaluate and improve Investor Relations policies, processes by developing frameworks and methodologies * Assist the CFO in the development of methodologies for improved solution design, operations support and analysis techniques * Ensure adherence to the Investor Relations policies and processes that comply with Zains policies and best practices. People Management * Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Section. * Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary.
