You will be reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and General Manager for Operations Primary Responsibilities • Meets and exceed the quality objective set by the management • Supervision of testing of all incoming raw materials, finished goods & reporting of status • Assist QAM in implementation of QP&G,and offtaker’s QA systems • Ensures that the requirements for the daily blending program are carried out in the lab • Ensure blends, raw material, line & bulk samples are released as per the agreed KPIs • Distribution and data compilation of ASTM and other ILCP program • Ensures timely updating of the test results and validation in the LIMS computer system • Reviews and technically approves correction to a failed sample(if required) • Enforces the use of PPE as per the requirement in the lab • Ensures the shared data and documents are released as per agreed time • Co ordinates & supervises the development work for the offtakers in a timely manner • Performs his duties as a maintenance and calibration coordinator • Performs Test Method Assessment & Test Process Check • Prepares and updates MOC, Product Index, CAPA, QDR,QCPS as per lab QA system • Prepares vendor evaluation of suppliers for Lab • Participates & facilitates Lab QA system and QMS assessment processes • Updates the MSDS information for the production and planning dept. • Updates JDE & LIMS against formulations received from offtakers • Prepares shift schedule for the chemists & lab attendants • Prepares month end reports Job Details Date Posted: 2013-09-29 Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Role: Quality Control Company Industry: Oil/Gas Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Apply Now - Jobs in UAE - Quality Control Jobs in UAE - Search All Jobs Apply here >> bit.ly/14U1nUm
