Activity: Planning and Budgeting Responsibility: • Manage the preparation, analysis, and control of the company budget in order to ensure that ENEC is aware of anticipated costs and approved by Board of Directors and Department Of Finance. • Facilitate the reforecasting process on periodic basis to update the annual approved budget. • Prepare subsidiaries’ and Joint Ventures’ budgets and reports for appropriate approvals. • Lead the development of the Management Accounts Department Business Plan Activity: Reporting Responsibility: • Manage the periodic reporting process ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion and submission internally and external stakeholders. • Ensure a comprehensive Management Accounting System to enable management to understand spending and improve decision-making. Activity: Policies & Procedures Responsibility: • Suggest and Implement processes and controls to ensure ENEC is fully compliant with policies and procedures and IFRS requirements Activity: Building Capability Responsibility: Coordinate and implement the internal and external training programs required to develop the department staff. Activity: Book of Knowledge & Continuous Improvement Responsibility: • Capture and share lessons learned and other useful knowledge that will enhance ENEC’s ability to deliver a cost-effective, sustainable, safe and transparent NPP program.
