Follow organizational directives, policies and achieve highest customer satisfaction, increase profitability and excellent employee morale. To ensure on-time performance and effectiveness of the departments through defined procedures, controls and personnel management. As Operations manager, you are responsible to manage and lead the development of all direct report and department personnel to create a dynamic, high performance team that can meet the operational needs of the fast changing of our rapid business growth environment. In Conjuction with the Production and Transport manager, to ensures that sufficient and economic quantities of all stock items (equipment, beverages, dry stores etc.) are maintained to meet client services standards. Also, management of Ware-wash, Equipment make-up, Laundry and department functions of the catering unit, to agreed standards and within defined budget limits. About You: You should have minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent. Degree/Diploma in catering management with additional qualification in Business management (preferred). Strong airline services experience, minimum 10-years of job related experience requried. Analytical, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal and relationship building skills are the basic requirements for this position.
